The Tokyo Dome Group strictly observes the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other regulations in handling the personal information of our customers, business partners, employees and other parties. We have also established voluntary rules and systems for the protection of personal information, and strive to ensure that all employees understand them and thoroughly protect personal information.
| 1. | The Company will appoint a Personal Information Officer for the Company and Personal Information Managers as responsible parties at each unit that handles personal information, and strive to manage personal information appropriately. |
| 2. | When asking for the provision of personal information, the Company will first specify its purposes of use via publication or notification. |
| 3. | The Company will not use acquired personal information for purposes other than its specified purposes of use. |
| 4. | The Company will manage acquired personal information appropriately and devise safety measures to prevent illicit access, loss, destruction, leakage, alteration, etc. |
| 5. | When personal information is jointly used with Group Companies and other parties, the Company will first specify the joint use items, parties, purposes of use, and responsible parties. |
| 6. | Acquired personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except under the following conditions. (1)When the persons themselves have granted their permission in advance (2)When providing the personal information to subcontractors with which the Company has concluded personal information protection contracts (3)When so required by law |
| 7. | The Company will establish a system to respond to requests from customers for the disclosure, correction, cessation of use, and deletion of information regarding themselves within a reasonable range without delay after confirming that said customers are the persons themselves. |
| 8. | The Company will observe all laws and regulations governing stored personal information, and strive to continuously improve the approaches stipulated above. |
• The personal information on shareholders collected through the shareholders registrar will be used for the following purposes
• For the exercise of rights and obligations based on the Company Law
• For the presentation of shareholders’ premiums from the issuing companies, in accordance with their status as shareholders
• For the implementation of various policies for smooth mutual relations between shareholders and the Company
• For the preparation and management of shareholder data under the standards prescribed by various laws
• For requests to participate in shareholder surveys and the transmission of Company information
